When can I expect my order?

We are currently working on preorder, which means that we ship your order once we receive our new stock. That is expected mid-July 2025.

My SmileTech toothbrush is not charging — what should I do?

If your toothbrush isn’t charging, please try the following steps:

  1. Check your power source – Make sure you’re using a 5V plug, USB port, or adapter.
  2. Look for the charging indicator – The brush should display a flashing Red LED light at the base of the brush head when connected. Once fully charged it will turn into a solid green LED light automatically.
  3. Wipe the base of the brush – Toothpaste residue can sometimes build up on the handle or charging point. Gently wipe it down with a dry cloth after each use to maintain a good connection.
  4. Test with another adapter or port – If possible, try a different USB adapter or outlet to rule out connection issues.
  5. Leave it to charge overnight – Even without a green light, the brush may still be charging. After several hours, check if it powers on.
